Public Directory Profile

These fields are used for your public notary profile only if you opt in and admin approves the public listing.

JPG, PNG, or WebP. Maximum 5 MB.
Selecting this opens the SigningAgent.com, E&O Insurance, and Background Check credential section. These records appear in Admin and Dispatch so title agency work can be assigned properly.
Renewal reminders are sent 2 months before the saved expiration date. If your provider uses annual credentials, set the expiration to one year from the issue date.

Remote Notary Provider Terms of Service

By registering as a Notary Ninjas remote notary provider, you certify that all profile, commission, and credential information submitted is accurate and current. You agree to follow all applicable notary laws, identity verification requirements, platform rules, privacy obligations, and Notary Ninjas assignment procedures.

Access to assignments, public directory listing, open calls, and client communications may be reviewed, limited, suspended, or removed by admin at any time.

Payment and approval required: submitting this form creates your login and sends you to Stripe if a registration fee applies. Your notary account remains inactive until the payment is complete and admin approves you. On-demand open calls remain unavailable until admin approval.
