Remote notary service with No-Rush and ASAP booking options
Brooklyn Notary Ninjas offers two remote notary booking options. Choose the $15 No-Rush Remote Notary Service when you can wait up to 24 hours for completed documents, or choose the ASAP option when you need faster completion through BlueNotary platform pricing.
Upload your document, choose a preferred appointment time, complete identity verification, appear by live audio video, and receive your digitally notarized document through the remote workflow.
Two remote booking options
The $15 No-Rush option is available for non-urgent documents. ASAP appointments use BlueNotary platform pricing, including additional platform charges when they apply.
What you need
- Government-issued photo ID
- Computer, tablet, or phone with camera and microphone
- Stable internet connection
- Unsigned document, usually in PDF format
- All required signers available for the live session
How remote notarization works
1. Send the document details
Tell us the document type, number of signers, destination use, and your preferred appointment time.
2. Confirm remote eligibility
We review the basic request and let you know whether remote notarization appears appropriate or whether an in-person option may be better.
3. Join the online session
You complete the required identity steps, appear live on camera, and follow the notary instructions for signing.
4. Download the final document
After the notarial certificate and seal are completed, you receive the finalized notarized document through the online workflow.

|---|---|---|
| Appointment format | Online by live audio video session | Physical meeting with the signer |
| Document format | Usually PDF or digital workflow | Usually paper documents |
| Best for | Eligible documents, busy signers, distance, speed, and convenience | Documents requiring wet signatures, physical witnesses, or in-person handling |
| Typical notarial act price | $15 No-Rush option for non-urgent requests, or ASAP BlueNotary platform pricing when faster completion is selected. | New York in-person statutory notarial fees are generally $2 per qualifying act, with any separate travel or convenience fees disclosed before mobile appointments. |
| Preparation | ID, device, internet, unsigned PDF, and signer availability | ID, unsigned documents, witnesses if required, and meeting location |
