Why I created Notary Ninjas, LLC
My name is Alexander Mirvis, and I created Notary Ninjas, LLC because I wanted to build something different from the usual notary business. Notarization is often treated like a simple stamp, but important paperwork can quickly become stressful, confusing, and time-sensitive.
More than a stamp
People need documents notarized for real estate closings, apostilles, powers of attorney, health care proxies, affidavits, school forms, business documents, international documents, and many other situations where accuracy matters. I wanted to create a company that helps people handle those documents professionally, quickly, and with a better customer experience.
That is how Notary Ninjas, LLC was born. We offer notary services in Brooklyn and surrounding areas, including general notarizations, mobile notary services, apostille assistance, document signing support, and help guiding people through common paperwork issues.
My goal is to make the process easier, clearer, and more convenient for regular people, families, students, businesses, and professionals.

A technology-forward notary company
What makes Notary Ninjas different is that we are not just a traditional notary company. We are a technology-forward company. My background includes technology, software engineering, cybersecurity, law, and document-heavy professional work. Because of that, I saw a major gap in the notary and legal-document space.
Too many services are outdated, confusing, expensive, or difficult for the average person to use. I wanted to use technology to make things easier, not more complicated.
Our advanced signing system
I built an advanced signing system to help streamline the entire notary process from start to finish. Instead of relying only on paper intake sheets and manual tracking, our system helps manage appointments, signer information, document details, invoices, and electronic notary logbook records in a more organized way.
My custom-built CRM also helps manage clients, services, follow-ups, and administrative details. It can even send automated birthday emails, because technology should not only make operations smoother, it should also help create a better and more personal customer experience.
Free tools we built for the public
Instead of only offering appointments and notarizations, we started building practical tools and free resources that help real people solve real problems.
Free NYS Notary Practice Test
One of our biggest projects is our Free NYS Notary Practice Test. This is not just a basic quiz with a few random questions. It is one of the most advanced free New York State notary practice test tools available. It is absolutely free, has no ads, and was designed to help people actually study and prepare.
Free Roommate Agreement Generator
I manage housing groups with 500,000+ members, and I have seen firsthand how many scams exist in the rental and roommate space. Scammers post fake apartments, fake rooms, and fake listings, then convince victims to send deposits for apartments that do not even exist.
The idea behind the Roommate Agreement Generator is simple: validate all parties, confirm identification, put the agreement in writing, and get it notarized before any deposit is made. It helps people slow down, create a stronger paper trail, and spot red flags before money changes hands.
Legal Document Generator
We are also working on a Legal Document Generator. The plan is to help people generate various New York State standardized documents, including NYS durable powers of attorney, health care proxies, basic authorization forms, common legal and personal-use documents, and other standardized forms that people regularly need.
The goal is not to replace attorneys where legal advice is needed. The goal is to make common document preparation more accessible, more organized, and easier to understand.
What we are building
We have many more products coming, including more free tools, document resources, notary education tools, client portals, appointment systems, and technology products designed to make the notary and document-preparation process smoother for everyone.
I created Notary Ninjas, LLC because I believe a modern notary company should do more than stamp papers. It should educate people, simplify confusing processes, offer reliable service, and use technology to solve real problems.
We are a Brooklyn-based notary company, but we are also trying to build something bigger: a practical technology platform for notary services, document preparation, public education, and everyday legal-document support.
