The NYS Notary Practice Test is designed for people preparing for the New York notary public exam and for current notaries who want to refresh the rules that come up in everyday notarizations. The practice flow covers core New York concepts such as acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, depositions, fees, misconduct, conflicts of interest, advertising restrictions, disqualifying interest, identity screening, and record-friendly notarial habits.
