How remote notarization works

1. Send the document details

Tell us the document type, number of signers, destination use, and your preferred appointment time.

2. Confirm remote eligibility

We review the basic request and let you know whether remote notarization appears appropriate or whether an in-person option may be better.

3. Join the online session

You complete the required identity steps, appear live on camera, and follow the notary instructions for signing.

4. Download the final document

After the notarial certificate and seal are completed, you receive the finalized notarized document through the online workflow.
