Step by step instructions
- You choose the form(s). Tell us the exact USCIS form number and edition date, if known.
- We collect your inputs. You provide your answers, IDs, and supporting documents.

- You review and sign. You confirm accuracy and sign. We do not sign for you.
- You file. You mail or submit the packet according to USCIS instructions.

- All names exactly as on your documents
- Passports, visas, I-94, green card, if applicable
- Marriage, divorce, birth certificates, if applicable
- Prior USCIS receipts or notices, if any
- Address history and work history, if required by your form
