Notary Ninjas is expanding from a directory and remote-notary platform into a broader nationwide network for mobile, remote, apostille, and business notary services. We recently began supporting larger business clients, and we are rebuilding the notary side of the platform so qualified notaries can benefit from stronger visibility, better tools, direct bookings, and on-demand work as supported markets activate.
A major feature of our Remote Notary Ninjas iOS app is mobile-notary discovery and booking. Clients can use the app to search for and request eligible participating notaries near the appointment location. The matching and dispatch network is expanding in stages; actual visibility and request availability depend on market, profile approval, and activated features. Participating notaries manage service areas and availability, with service and travel charges subject to local rules. Unlike many gig platforms, our current plan is not to take a percentage of the notary's mobile service or travel fee.
We are continuing to develop apostille support, improved referral workflows, public directory profiles, direct booking links, remote-session tools, and better ways for clients to locate the right notary by service area and specialty.
Approved users who manage remote sessions can also use our Mac desktop app for assignments, documents, messages, signer information, and session status updates. The goal is to connect notaries with clients while giving professionals more control over how they work.

To take part, create or update your free public notary profile, list the regions you serve, and request activation for mobile opportunities where supported. Mobile matching requires an approved profile, applicable credentials and availability. Registration or directory listing alone does not guarantee app placement, client inquiries, assignments or income.

An Uber-Like Mobile Notary Request System, Built Around Notary Independence
The Remote Notary Ninjas iOS app makes mobile appointment intake more direct. A client can enter the request details and meeting location and look for notaries serving that area. Requests, matching and confirmation depend on participating notaries and feature availability in that market.
The concept is similar to an on-demand transportation app, but the economics are different. Notaries remain in control of their own pricing. Participating notaries can manage their notary service fees, travel charges, mileage, service area, and availability instead of being forced into one platform-wide rate.
Our intended commercial model is that Notary Ninjas does not take a percentage of the notary's mobile service or mileage fee. We are developing other revenue sources to support hosting, development, marketing, verification, customer acquisition, and nationwide expansion.
The objective is simple: make it easier for clients to find an available professional while giving notaries a modern lead-generation and dispatch channel without turning every appointment into a commission split.

Why We Are Building the Directory
We created a free public notary directory where notaries can build a searchable profile, share a direct profile link, receive visibility, and position themselves for app-based opportunities as supported markets activate. The directory is important because it creates useful local content, strengthens search-engine visibility, brings more clients into the Notary Ninjas ecosystem, and gives participating notaries another place to be discovered.
More traffic means more clients. More clients means more demand. More demand means we can invite more notaries into the on-demand booking system.
The directory also gives notaries their own profile link. Clients can use that profile to learn about the notary and, where enabled, request or book that notary directly. A notary does not have to be activated in the paid referral or on-demand system to benefit from free directory visibility.
The directory is also part of our larger platform strategy. A strong public directory helps create local landing pages, improves organic search visibility, and gives clients a better way to find notaries by name, state, county, and signing agent status.
For direct bookings through a specific notary profile, Notary Ninjas will not be involved in the notary session and will not ask for a cut. The purpose of the directory is to help notaries gain visibility while also helping the platform grow.

The active referral, remote-assignment, and app-based mobile-request systems are expanding in stages as demand grows. This is intentional. If we activate too many notaries in a market before there is enough client volume, the result is an overcrowded marketplace where too many professionals compete for too few opportunities.
We do not want that. We want to grow responsibly based on real demand. Notaries can still use the free directory, public profile, direct profile link, and other visibility tools while the paid referral and on-demand portions of the network scale.
As the platform grows, the mobile and desktop tools will work together: the iOS app focuses on mobile requests and client access, while the desktop experience supports remote-session management and organized workflow for eligible users.

Free Directory Listing + Early Referral Network Access
Basic placement in the public Notary Ninjas directory is free. We want qualified notaries to be able to create visibility, strengthen the nationwide network, and help clients find notaries by location and service without requiring a recurring directory fee.
We have also offered an early one-time paid referral-program enrollment of $15 for notaries and $20 for Certified Signing Agents. Some early members have not yet been activated for referral work because assignment access is being expanded in phases, including mobile-notary coverage, enhanced apostille support, and improved notary workflows.
Early paid members who join while the platform is still in active development are intended to be treated as part of our Legacy Team. Our current plan is that these early members will not be charged the future recurring network membership fee that may apply to new members once the platform moves beyond this early development stage.
