How app-based mobile notarization works
Traditional mobile notarization means an authorized notary meets the signer in person at an agreed location. Our app makes the request and coordination easier. The notarial act still happens according to applicable state law, including personal appearance and identity requirements when required.

Accurate details help a mobile notary evaluate your request and avoid unnecessary travel or an incomplete appointment. Most requests benefit from:
- Full meeting address, contact number, preferred date and time window
- Type of document, number of signers and approximate number of notarial acts
- Acceptable current identification for each signer
- Unsigned documents, unless your notary or issuing agency instructs otherwise
- Information about any witnesses, accessibility needs, parking or building-entry rules

Mobile notary vs. remote online notary
Mobile: A notary travels to you for a physical, in-person appointment. Local travel and scheduling are relevant.
Remote: An eligible document is notarized through a legally compliant online process, when permitted. Remote notarization is subject to document, signer, platform and jurisdiction requirements. Both service types can be requested through the iOS app.

Yes. Download Remote Notary Ninjas for iPhone or iPad to initiate mobile-notary booking through our current client workflow. If you do not have access to an Apple device, contact us for assistance with alternative arrangements.
Can I choose my preferred notary?
Where profile discovery and direct selection are available, you may review participating notaries and request a preferred professional. Listings and available booking options depend on your location and platform activation.
Does submitting a request guarantee same-day service?
No. Timing depends on participating notaries' availability, travel distance, confirmation and any document or identification requirements.
Are travel fees included in the notarization fee?
Travel, parking, tolls and other permitted charges may be separate. Review the service provider's quote and any applicable statutory fee limits before confirmation.
What if I need witnesses or have several signers?
Specify the number of signers and any witness requirements in your request. Witness availability is not guaranteed and certain documents or transactions may need additional coordination.
