Project Stats and Technology Stack
Notary Ninjas, LLC is building a database-driven remote notary, apostille, signing-agent, client-portal, dispatch, billing, communication, and AI-assisted support platform with a focus on security, auditability, workflow control, and operational efficiency.
Built for appointment handling, secure document intake, admin review, dispatch assignment, notary assignment, invoice handling, client communication, and audit-friendly records.
Live Project Statistics
This section preserves the statistics portion of the page and scans the current codebase so the public page remains a real project stats page while also showing the technology stack and AI functionality below.
Scripting and Backend Technologies Used
This added section documents the scripting and backend technology used by the platform while keeping the project statistics above intact. The platform uses a practical server-side stack so client records, notary assignments, remote session files, email templates, billing data, appointment confirmations, dispatch activity, and audit trails can be controlled from the same secured application layer.
PHP handles authenticated admin pages, notary dashboards, client workflows, session security, invoice logic, dispatch assignment, remote notary sessions, secure downloads, email templates, and database writes.
JavaScript, AJAX, and Fetch support live chat, scrolling chat history, dynamic record saves, inline status updates, mobile-friendly UI changes, upload controls, admin filters, and smoother dashboards without unnecessary reloads.
Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS3 provide the responsive front end for public pages, admin screens, notary dashboards, forms, tabs, cards, call-to-action sections, and mobile layouts.
The database supports appointment records, notary assignment records, invoices, remote session status, users, templates, communication logs, client records, and reporting views.
Cron-based automation supports reminders, status checks, renewal emails, cleanup tasks, notification routing, and controlled background operations.
C++ backend functionality is planned and reserved for performance-sensitive AI support tasks such as fast parsing, classification, preprocessing, data normalization, rule checks, and future workflow acceleration.
OpenAI Functionality
OpenAI functionality is used to support AI-assisted notary communication, visitor guidance, structured help responses, controlled workflow assistance, and future internal admin support. The goal is not to replace a commissioned notary. The goal is to help visitors understand next steps, gather the correct information, and route the matter to a human notary when needed.
Security and Audit Direction
The platform is being built around controlled access, role-based portals, notary assignment tracking, protected downloads, email routing, cleaner logs, and administrative oversight so the business can continue moving toward stronger SOC 2 readiness and HIPAA-oriented data protection practices.
