The California Notary Practice Test is designed for people preparing for the California notary public exam and for current notaries who want to refresh the rules that come up in everyday notarizations. The practice flow covers core California concepts such as acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, depositions, fees, misconduct, conflicts of interest, advertising restrictions, disqualifying interest, identity screening, and record-friendly notarial habits.
